Shipping policy

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS Second Day Air. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We require 20 pounds per order minimum for shipping. We cannot ship more than 20 pounds per box. If you need to purchase over 20 pounds, you will need to go through checkout again. Thank you for understanding.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using ice packs in an eco-friendly insulated package. Items are shipped via 2 day delivery. They will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders on Tuesdays (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 10am CST on the shipping day in order to be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
