What We Do
At Higgason Cattle Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality, superior beef through a blend of traditional and innovative methods. We source local cattle and care for them from pasture to plate, allowing them to graze on nutrient-rich rye, triticale, or native grasses before finishing on a professionally formulated TMR (total mixed ration) comprised of locally sourced feedstuffs. Our dedication to animal welfare and adherence to Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) standards ensure that every cut of our beef offers an exceptional culinary experience.
